Healthy Baby...

GIRL!!!
We are so excited to announce that not only will Julia be a BIG SISTER in September, she will get to  have a little sister!  I know from experience that little sisters are generally pretty incredible people and I am so happy for her!
Okay, onto the details:  The ultrasound tech was able to measure almost everything and said our baby girl is looking perfectly healthy.  Praise the Lord!  She was not in a great position for showing us all of her heart or any of her face, so we will have another ultrasound in 4 weeks to check on her again.  Maybe then we will have a better picture of her, too.  We were able to see most of her cute little body and I can't wait to go back and get another look at her.   Julia came with us to the appointment and she did great!  She was so quiet and patient for the 25 minutes we spent staring at a black and white screen trying to see all those tiny bones and organs.  We were so proud of her.  She got a little tiny bit frustrated when she realized we were going upstairs to have another appointment, but she hung in there so well.  She is already such a big girl.
So, that's our happy news.  We haven't decided on a name yet but we are getting very close, I think.  We will keep you posted.

Name suggestions since you are going with the "Bartlett" theme: Amie, Lorie, or Leslie.

Hey Happy Birthday on here too! Jeremiah and I got such a kick out of looking at this little arm. I am hoping this one is a little Niki! Not that I don't love love love that little Nick you've already got!

Oh I love that little picture! She's camera-shy already, just like Mama. I can't wait to see more pictures either. Can't believe that report about Julia at the doctors office, Camille would have been crawling out of her skin. Goes to show you - of course I knew this already - big sisters are generally pretty incredible people too.

What do you mean you haven't decided on a name yet? I thought we agreed on poptart: It's simple, it's catchy and it's delicous! On top of that is also less controversial than naming that little girl hotpocket for example!
